seorang bayi baharu dilahirkan ditinggalkan di gerai di Batu 5 Kampung Jaya Baru Jalan Tengah Nipah di sini semalam.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Ketua Polis Daerah Lahad Datu itu, memperuntukkan hukuman penjara maksimum tujuh tahun atau denda atau kedua-duanya, jika sabit kesalahan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">\u201cSiasatan awal polis mendapati bayi lelaki yang dipercayai baharu lahir itu seberat 2.9 kilogram dipercayai ditinggalkan tanpa pakaian ditemukan kira-kira jam 7 pagi, semalam.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">\u201cBayi tersebut ditemui oleh seorang pemilik gerai berumur 30 tahun ketika ingin memulakan perniagaan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">\u201cPemilik gerai itu kemudiannya melaporkan kejadian tersebut kepada pihak polis untuk tindakan lanjut,\u201d katanya dalam satu kenyataan di sini semalam.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">ACP Rohan Shah berkata, bayi kini dirawat di Hospital Lahad Datu untuk pemeriksaan serta rawatan selanjutnya.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Beliau mengesa agar orang ramai mempunyai maklumat kejadian agar menghubungi talian
