{"id":33182,"date":"2025-10-18T07:28:34","date_gmt":"2025-10-18T07:28:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sabahnewstoday.net\/?p=33182"},"modified":"2025-10-18T07:28:34","modified_gmt":"2025-10-18T07:28:34","slug":"warisan-dedah-grs-ph-pernah-lawan-tuntutan-40-peratus-hak-sabah-azhar","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sabahnewstoday.com.my\/en\/warisan-dedah-grs-ph-pernah-lawan-tuntutan-40-peratus-hak-sabah-azhar\/","title":{"rendered":"Warisan Dedah GRS-PH Pernah \u2018Lawan\u2019 Tuntutan 40 peratus Hak Sabah &#8211; Azhar"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>KOTA KINABALU: Parti Warisan (Warisan) membidas keras dakwaan Timbalan Setiausaha Gabungan Rakyat Sabah (GRS), Datuk Armizan Mohd Ali, yang kononnya kerajaan Warisan gagal memperjuangkan hak 40 peratus hasil Sabah.<\/p>\n<p>Bendahari Agung Warisan, Azhar Matussin, menegaskan kenyataan itu hanya cubaan menutup kelemahan kerajaan GRS-PH sendiri yang pernah melantik peguam untuk menentang Sabah Law Society (SLS) dalam kes semakan kehakiman berkaitan tuntutan 40 peratus.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSurat rasmi Jabatan Peguam Besar Negeri bertarikh 8 Jun 2022 jelas menunjukkan Kerajaan Sabah di bawah GRS-PH melantik peguam Tengku Ahmad Fuad untuk \u2018melawan\u2019 SLS di mahkamah.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Ironinya, peguam itu berhujah bahawa hak 40 peratus hanyalah \u2018aspirasi\u2019, bukan hak mandatori. Itu hujah yang menolak kepentingan Sabah,\u201d katanya.<\/p>\n<p>Azhar berkata apabila isu itu mencetuskan kemarahan rakyat, kerajaan GRS-PH akhirnya terpaksa menarik balik hujah dan gugurkan peguam tersebut, membuktikan pendirian mereka tidak konsisten serta gagal mempertahankan hak negeri.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cJangan tipu rakyat konon GRS-PH lebih cekap.
