Sudah lebih 30 tahun kami alami keadaan ini,\u201d kata penduduk kampung, Jainin Kinsum, 65.<\/p>\n<p>Seorang lagi penduduk, Jais Elah, 49, berkata paras air boleh meningkat sehingga dua kaki ketika hujan berterusan, selain membawa bersama sisa buangan dan bangkai haiwan yang menjejaskan kesihatan serta keselamatan penduduk.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSungai ini kini seperti tempat pembuangan.
