{"id":37007,"date":"2026-05-05T22:28:36","date_gmt":"2026-05-05T22:28:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sabahnewstoday.net\/?p=37007"},"modified":"2026-05-05T22:28:36","modified_gmt":"2026-05-05T22:28:36","slug":"pandikar-guna-kuasa-perlembagaan-gantung-6-ahli-usno","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sabahnewstoday.com.my\/en\/pandikar-guna-kuasa-perlembagaan-gantung-6-ahli-usno\/","title":{"rendered":"Pandikar guna kuasa perlembagaan gantung 6 ahli USNO"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>KOTA KINABALU: Presiden Pertubuhan Kebangsaan Sabah Bersatu (USNO), Tan Sri Pandikar Amin Mulia menggunakan kuasa di bawah Fasal 49.10 Perlembagaan Parti untuk menggantung enam ahli berkuat kuasa serta-merta.<\/p>\n<p>Antara yang digantung termasuk Timbalan Presiden USNO, Datuk Ibrahim Linggam bersama lima lagi ahli iaitu Ahmad Kanajaan, Hussin Ibnu Hassan, Mohammad Hafeiz Hussin, Sazali Justi dan Sallehudin Kasau.<\/p>\n<p>Menurut beliau, tindakan itu diambil sebagai langkah sementara sementara menunggu siasatan Lembaga Disiplin Pusat.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cLangkah ini penting bagi mengelakkan keadaan menjadi tidak terkawal serta memastikan kestabilan parti terus terpelihara,\u201d katanya.<\/p>\n<p>Dalam masa sama, beliau turut menggunakan Fasal 52.1 untuk melucutkan enam individu daripada jawatan Ahli Majlis Eksekutif Tertinggi (AMET).<\/p>\n<p>Mereka ialah Datu Abdul Lalih Abah, Dr Masjidin Datu Moksan, Dayang Norasiken Nonoi, Jamri Sabu, Rusulan Rahaban dan Datuk Edmund J.
