{"id":37308,"date":"2026-05-25T08:27:05","date_gmt":"2026-05-25T08:27:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sabahnewstoday.net\/?p=37308"},"modified":"2026-05-25T08:30:28","modified_gmt":"2026-05-25T08:30:28","slug":"lelaki-didakwa-bunuh-bayi-perempuan-berusia-dua-bulan","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sabahnewstoday.com.my\/en\/lelaki-didakwa-bunuh-bayi-perempuan-berusia-dua-bulan\/","title":{"rendered":"Lelaki didakwa bunuh bayi perempuan berusia dua bulan"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>LABUAN: Seorang lelaki tempatan berusia 37 tahun didakwa di Mahkamah Majistret Labuan atas pertuduhan membunuh bayi perempuan berusia dua bulan yang dipercayai anak kandungnya.<\/p>\n<p>Tiada pengakuan direkodkan daripada tertuduh ketika prosiding di hadapan Majistret Dr Melissa Chia Pui Fung pada Isnin.<\/p>\n<p>Menurut kenyataan Ibu Pejabat Polis Daerah (IPD) Labuan, pihak polis menerima laporan daripada Hospital Labuan pada 9 Mei lalu kira-kira jam 2.40 pagi berhubung seorang bayi perempuan yang mengalami kecederaan serius sebelum disahkan meninggal dunia.<\/p>\n<p>Hasil bedah siasat mendapati mangsa mengalami kecederaan parah di kepala akibat trauma tumpul selain beberapa kesan patah tulang rusuk lama pada badan.<\/p>\n<p>Siasatan lanjut mendapati kejadian dipercayai berlaku di sebuah rumah tidak bernombor di Kampung Bukit Kuda.<\/p>\n<p>Tertuduh didakwa mengikut Seksyen 302 Kanun Keseksaan kerana membunuh yang memperuntukkan hukuman mati atau penjara antara 30 hingga 40 tahun serta sebatan sekiranya sabit kesalahan.<\/p>\n<p>Mahkamah menetapkan 23 Jun depan sebagai tarikh sebutan semula kes.
