{"id":39308,"date":"2026-09-03T15:31:16","date_gmt":"2026-09-03T07:31:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sabahnewstoday.com.my\/?p=39308"},"modified":"2026-09-03T15:31:20","modified_gmt":"2026-09-03T07:31:20","slug":"yayasan-sabah-terima-dividen-rm168-3-juta-daripada-icsb","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sabahnewstoday.com.my\/en\/yayasan-sabah-terima-dividen-rm168-3-juta-daripada-icsb\/","title":{"rendered":"Yayasan Sabah terima dividen RM168.3 juta daripada ICSB"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>KOTA KINABALU:<\/strong> Yayasan Sabah menerima bayaran dividen berjumlah RM168.3 juta daripada anak syarikatnya, Innoprise Corporation Sdn Bhd (ICSB).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Penyampaian dividen itu disaksikan Ketua Menteri Sabah, Datuk Seri Panglima Hajiji Noor sebelum Mesyuarat Lembaga Pemegang Amanah Yayasan Sabah di Menara Kinabalu, hari ini.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bayaran berjumlah RM168,299,994.90 itu disampaikan Pengerusi Eksekutif ICSB, Datuk Jasnih Daya kepada Pengarah Yayasan Sabah, Datuk Ghulamhaidar Khan Bahadar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dalam majlis sama, ICSB turut menyerahkan dividen sebanyak RM4.08 juta kepada Kerajaan Negeri.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Replika cek berkenaan disampaikan Ghulamhaidar kepada Setiausaha Kerajaan Negeri, Datuk Zainudin Aman.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sementara itu, Innoprise Plantations Berhad turut membuat bayaran dividen sebanyak RM45,689,187.33 kepada syarikat induknya, ICSB.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ketiga-tiga bayaran dividen itu disampaikan sebelum berlangsungnya Mesyuarat Lembaga Pemegang Amanah Yayasan Sabah.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>KOTA KINABALU: Yayasan Sabah menerima bayaran dividen berjumlah RM168.3 juta daripada anak syarikatnya, Innoprise Corporation Sdn Bhd (ICSB).
