{"id":7064,"date":"2022-01-11T09:15:33","date_gmt":"2022-01-11T09:15:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sabahnewstoday.net\/?p=7064"},"modified":"2022-01-11T09:15:33","modified_gmt":"2022-01-11T09:15:33","slug":"penerbit-rancangan-dokumentari-direman-4-hari","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sabahnewstoday.com.my\/en\/penerbit-rancangan-dokumentari-direman-4-hari\/","title":{"rendered":"penerbit rancangan dokumentari direman 4 hari"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>PETALING JAYA: Suruhanjaya Pencegahan Rasuah Malaysia (SPRM) menahan seorang penerbit rancangan selepas didakwa mengemukakan tuntutan palsu berjumlah lebih RM300,000.<\/p>\n<p>Menurut laporan Harian Metro, wanita berusia 40 tahun itu ditahan selepas hadir memberi keterangan di Pejabat SPRM Kuala Lumpur di sini, 8 malam tadi.<\/p>\n<p>Laporan itu menyebut, suspek dipercayai mengemukakan tuntutan mengandungi butir matan palsu bagi tiga rancangan dokumentari berjumlah lebih RM300,000.<\/p>\n<p>Tuntutan terbabit dipercayai dibuat pada 2017 dan 2018 sedangkan rancangan berkenaan tidak dilaksanakan.<\/p>\n<p>Berikutan itu, suspek dibawa ke Mahkamah Majistret Kuala Lumpur untuk permohonan reman hari ini.<\/p>\n<p>Majistret Nur Farahain Roslan membenarkan suspek direman empat hari sehingga Jumaat ini bagi membantu siasatan lanjut.<\/p>\n<p>Sementara itu, Pengarah SPRM Kuala Lumpur Razaliah Ab Rahman mengesahkan penahanan suspek dan kes disiasat mengikut Seksyen 18 Akta SPRM 2009.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>PETALING JAYA: Suruhanjaya Pencegahan Rasuah Malaysia (SPRM) menahan seorang penerbit rancangan selepas didakwa mengemukakan tuntutan palsu berjumlah lebih RM300,000.
