KUALA LUMPUR: Perdana Menteri Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob hari ini melawat bekas\u00a0Perdana Menteri Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad yang\u00a0sedang menerima rawatan di Institut Jantung Negara (lJN) di sini.<\/p>\n
Ismail Sabri yang tiba pada\u00a05.35 petang tadi dilihat melambai tangan dari kenderaan rasmi beliau\u00a0ke arah pengamal media yang berkumpul di perkarangan IJN.<\/p>\n
Perdana menteri meluangkan masa kira-kira sejam di\u00a0IJN.<\/p>\n
Beberapa pengamal media mula berkumpul di luar IJN sejak 12 tengah hari tadi bagi mendapatkan perkembangan terkini status kesihatan Dr Mahathir dan difahamkan IJN akan mengeluarkan kenyataan media mengenai perkara itu.<\/p>\n
Sementara itu, Ismail Sabri dalam hantaran di akaun Twitternya berkata semasa menziarahi Dr Mahathir, beliau turut bertemu dengan Tun Dr Siti Hasmah Mohamad Ali.<\/p>\n
Saya turut bertemu dengan Tun Dr Siti Hasmah Mohamad Ali di IJN tadi dan berharap keluarga Tun Dr\u00a0Mahathir Mohamad terus tabah,\u201d katanya.<\/p>\n
Dr Mahathir sebelum ini dibenarkan keluar dari IJN pada 13 Jan selepas dimasukkan ke pusat perubatan itu pada 7 Jan.<\/p>\n
Pada 8 Jan, beliau menjalani prosedur perubatan elektif yang dikendalikan sepasukan doktor dari institut itu\u00a0dan Pusat Perubatan Universiti Malaya.<\/p>\n
