SHAH ALAM: Datuk Seri Nicky Liow, ahli perniagaan yang disyaki mengetuai\u00a0kumpulan jenayah terancang, mengaku tidak bersalah di mahkamah sesyen di sini atas 26 tuduhan pengubahan wang haram berjumlah RM36 juta.<\/p>\n

Liow, 34, membuat pengakuan tersebut terhadap semua tuduhan yang dibacakan kepadanya dalam Bahasa Mandarin di hadapan hakim Helina Sulaiman.<\/p>\n

Pengasas Winner Dynasty Group itu sebelum ini dilaporkan menyerah diri kepada polis semalam, ditemani peguamnya, selepas setahun melarikan diri daripada pihak berkuasa.<\/p>\n

Pada 23 Mac lepas, Jabatan Siasatan Jenayah Komersial (JSJK) memfailkan tuduhan ke atas Liow mengikut Seksyen 4(1)(a) Akta Pencegahan Pengubahan Wang Haram 2001 (Akta 613) serta memperolehi waran tangkap ke atasnya, menurut Pengarah JSJK Bukit Aman Mohd Kamarudin Md Din.<\/p>\n
